Health & Wellbeing Coaches and Social Prescribing Link Workers will be at the Health and Wellbeing Information & Advice Event run by Wallington Community Wellbeing Charity this Friday!

You might have heard of Health & Wellbeing Coaches and Social Prescribing Link Workers, or already seen a member of their teams. These services are part of our surgery team and offer appointments to patients with a focus on health, wellbeing and connecting with the community. There will also be other organisations attending so come along and find out more about what’s on in Wallington!
